The Falling Pixel Dudes app is in the iOS app store. The game was created in Unity using the 2D Toolkit with hooks to GameCenter to record high-scores. The audio effects were created with NanoStudio on an iPhone.

Why was the game created? I was Testing how well Unity handles 2D game creation for iOS. The direction I went, was to create one level, and programmatically change what is displayed and updated using the Finite State Machine paradigm. This is simple for the Falling Pixel Dudes as levels are contained to a single window and contain the same elements with different velocities.

Note: There is a crash bug when attempting to get back to the home screen after a death in version .9.
